Return and Refund Policy

At Colorloox we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that occasionally you may need to return or exchange a product. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully to understand the procedures and requirements for returning items before and after delivery.

1. before delivery Returns and cancellations:

Order changes and cancellations: If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to fulfill your wish. Please note that it is not possible to change or cancel the order if the items have already been dispatched.


2. After delivery return and exchange:


Quality Assurance : We attach great importance to ensuring that all of our products meet the highest quality standards. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us at info@colorloox.com within 15 days of delivery to begin the return or exchange process. We ask for evidence such as: B. clear photos to assess the facts.

Incorrect item or variation : If you receive an incorrect item or variation that does not match your order, please email us at info@colorloox.com within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange the return or exchange of the item and cover all associated shipping costs.

Unopened and unused items : If you change your mind or no longer need the purchased item, you can return it within 10 days of delivery. The item must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. The costs for return shipping must be borne by the customer. 

3.After-sales service after receiving the goods normally

We have a 15 day return policy, meaning you have 15 days from receipt of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused and with tags attached.

To initiate a return, please submit your request through our Returns Center or contact us at info@colorloox.com, quoting your order number for reference and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without us first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, e.g. B. perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom-made items (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you already have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4.Refund Process:

Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return conditions above. We will notify you via email of the status of your refund or exchange.

Refund Method: If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to be processed and the amount to appear in your account.

5.Important Notes:

Returns: When returning items, please ensure they are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package arrives safely. The costs of return shipping are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-returnable items: Certain items, such as: Some items, such as clearance items, may be marked as non-exchangeable or non-refundable. Please check the product description or contact our customer service before making a purchase.
