Payment conditions:

The payment conditions are rules that regulate the use of payment methods. You have the choice to use a payment method or not. However, by using a payment method, you acknowledge and agree to the rules associated with that method. These terms will be incorporated into your agreement with Stripe.

There are payment methods that do not have specific payment terms and conditions, so the list above is not a complete list of payment methods that Stripe accepts.

The availability of payment methods also varies geographically. You may not be able to use one or more of the above payment options depending on where you are located (or otherwise offered by Stripe). Your Stripe dashboard will list the payment options available to you.

Additions and changes

There are different payment methods from different providers, and each has an influence on the restrictions that apply to their respective payment method. With this in mind, it is your responsibility to continually review the terms and documentation to ensure you are aware of and comply with all applicable requirements. The terms and documentation applicable to a Payment Method may also be updated from time to time.


Payment methods can be added or changed by Stripe at any time. Except in cases where Stripe is forced by a third party (e.g. the payment method provider) to no longer offer the payment method, Stripe will notify you before the removal takes effect for you.

Redirection to online banking sites



Some payment methods (referred to as "online banking payment methods") require that the buyer be redirected to an online banking website. When using an online banking payment method, you must ensure that the customer can see the bank's URL in the address bar of the browser and check the security certificate for the bank's online banking website to understand that a redirection has occurred has. In addition, if you include an online banking payment method in your payment process, you may not use frames (or any other technique that incorporates the online banking page into the content of your website).
